Monthly Residents enjoy the surroundings of a safe, clean, harmonious and peaceful park that is a perfect for those looking for an adult only environment. Children are always welcome to visit after notifying the management.
All sites are level and have full hook-ups. Water, Sewer and Trash are included in the monthly site rental charge.
Electricity is a separate charge each month. Cable and telephone jacks are in and need to be activiated by the resident.
We offer an economical monthly rate of $245 plus electric for a 50 and 30 amp sites. These rates are based on one or two people per site.

Contractors
We offer a peaceful environment for the hardworking contractor who has traveled to our area. Whether in the area for a month or a year you will find our park conveniently located. We are only 10 miles from GE, 13 miles from The Donaldson Center of Greenville, and 11 miles from BMW and the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. With a simple application and background check you can be settled in in a day or two.

Retirees
Many seniors have found the South Carolina Upstate area a perfect place for retirement. The seasons are mild and costs are lower than many areas of the county. The RV Park is located near a major US highway with shopping so convenient that there are four grocery stores, including a Super Walmart, all less than three miles away. Plus the dining out options are numerous so you will never want for a wonderful dining experience.
Both Greer and Greenville offer enjoyable events and entertainment venues for active seniors. (Please use the links in the information for our Daily/Weekly Guests.) And for the individual looking for social activities Furman Universities offers a 'Learning in Retirement' program, and Greenville is home to several programs for seniors. The best of these are 'Senior Action' and 'Lifewise - a community outreach program of St Francis Health Systems'. And regarding health services, we have a choice of three hospitals and many fine doctors and specialists in the area. Come see what our area has to offer.
RV living offers an economical lifestyle. Our residents are comfortable in fifth-wheels, class A motorhomes, or travel trailer, and Park Model's are always popular. Ask our staff about Park Model living.
